Compare diferent named tables

Is it possible to compare two tables that are named different?
For example on db A I have table:
user1.Table1
On db B I have the same table but here it has the name:
user2.somepreffix_Table1
The two databases have the same structure the problem is cannot make the tool actually select them for comparison.
I'm using version 3.4.

Mapping functionality was introduced in version 5 of SQL Data Compare, where it is possible to map differently named tables, owners and even columns.
