Licenses and installations

Hi,
I think i know the answer to this question but i just want to make sure.
Is it possible to create an installation / upgrade program which contains embedded snapshots and the SqlCompare api. This installation however will be run on machines which do not have Redgate licenses on them, never will have and are situated in a completed isolated domain.
Basically is there a version of sql compare which is redistributable without the licenses.
Thanks in advance.

Yes, applications produced using the SQL Toolkit API licence can be distributed to other users without the need to 'activate' on the client machine. A single SQL Toolkit licence allows the developer to produce up to 100 copies of an application and distribute the application and the Red Gate dll files to the client in this way.
