Command Line SQL Compare - No script file

I am ran into a behavior difference between SQL Compare and SQL Data Compare command line tools. If there are no differences SQL Compare does not generate an empty script file like Data Compare does. Is there any way to force it to create an empty file? I could work around this, but it would save time if they worked the same way.
Thanks

Apparently it just shows a warning message in the synchronization wizard when both databases are equal, stating that it's going to exit because there's nothing to synchronize. This can't be changed.
