When I try to print any but the smallest subset of differences, The CPU is pegged at 100% and nevers displays either the print preview screen or finishes the Print menu item. Any Help would be appreciated.

This is true; if SQL Compare generates a report that's more than a few megabytes, Internet Explorer completely chokes on it. There are a few things you can do to help, mainly to generate the report, excluding all identical objects, or choosing the static report over the dynamic one.

Alternatively, you could modify the stylesheet (SqlCompareReportTemplate.xsl) to remove some of the content (for instance, the SQL Scripts).
