Scheduled Synchronize using command line

Hi I am trying to use the command line within a batch script as stated is possible within the small documentation available.
I can set all the relevant details such as server, DB, User, Password etc, but I keep getting an error stataing there is nothing to compare. The Synch will work perfectly manually, but in the interim until the api's get used to to deal with this problems permenatly (couple of months away) I need to find a stop-gap solution.
Any help would be great.

I think that the command-line is simply telling you that the compare has been done, but the synchroinization cannot proceed because all objects in the databases are equal. This is the normal operation of the software. If I have misunderstood the problem, please let me know.
