Create report within toolkit

Hello Steve,
There isn't any 'documented' way of producing a report. Since it's done
through a third-part component created by JiSys especially for SQL Compare,
I don't think it's entirely legal for us to give out the docuemntation for
their intellectual property.
I can double-check on that, though...

Please note that you can also produce an HTML report using sqlcompare.exe, the command-line version of SQL Compare.
