Trial expired error when license supplied

I have added the serial number for ANT load and it is telling me that the 14 day trial period has expired.

In the about tab it is saying I have used 155 days of my 14 day trial.

I have downloaded the latest version from our invoice links and installed & restarted.

What do I need to do to resolve this?


  • I have been supplied with a licence file by sales support and I have copied this file into the install directory of ANTS

    But now when I attempt to run the application I receive an error

    "This is an unexpected token. The expected token is 'EndElement'. Line 1, position 73."

    The first line of the file is <META HTTP-EQUIV="Content-Type" CONTENT="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1">

    Is there anything else I should be doing?
  • This issue is now resolved, Chris Bacon has worked through the issue with me and all is good. It turned out that our email server was parsing the XML into a straight text file which ANTs Load no longer recognised.
