You can now upgrade to version 4.6.
It contains the following new features
- support for the KEEP_REPLICATION and PAGE keywords
- the COPYTO argument for the BACKUP command has been enhanced so that you can now use tags to specify the folder
The easist way to upgrade is via the 'Check for updates' from
Start -> All Programs -> SQL Backup -> Check for updates
