SQL Backup v4 Backup Issue

We currently have SQL Backup v4 installed on most of our SQL servers but are having an issue with one of them when backing up our databases on a single server.

Checking the VDI log I found this is there:
2006/07/27 14:00:18 pid(1168) tid(2916)
Error on SQLBACKUP_DB633048-D794-495F-B771-E5AAD5FF6860
Error at ServerBufferAreaManager::Allocate: Map buffers Status Code: 8, x8
Explanation: Not enough storage is available to process this command.

Having viewed the forums and finding the same problem under this link:
http://www.red-gate.co.uk/messageboard/ ... 7b0b06e2c9

I have followed the steps in this post and downloded the memstat.exe file off of http://www.yohz.com/downloads/.

The results I got are as follows, but without understanding what the results mean I was wondering if I could get some help/understanding the problem with why SQL backup is not working.

Memstat results:

memstat - Yohz Software (c) 2005 - 2006

    Hi Mat,

Can you locate the log that SQL Backup had created for the job? Usually this is in %allusersprofile%\application data\red gate\sql backup\logs. This log will have a lot more information about the reason why the VDI device creation had failed.

Can you also please let us know the full version of SQL Backup you've got?

    Thanks!
