pre & post SQL scripts

With great anticipation, I downloaded version 5.2. However I find no mention of this new feature in the help files. Could you provide information on how to access and implement this feature.

    Hi,

    These switches got thrown in at the last minute and therefore didn't make it into the documentation. /PRESQL and /POSTSQL allow you to run a SQL script file before and after the main package runs, respectively. If you run your package and click More Info... you'll see the two options in the command-line arguments listed there.

    These options are useful if you need to 'tweak' the database before or after the SQL Package runs.
