Any chance you can have the options REMEMBER your settings so you don't have to change them every time you start the program? Example: best practices is only worry about indexes with 1000 pages or more. the default is 100, and I have to change it to 1000 EVERY time I start the program

When selecting databases, can we select multiple databases and not all? Would love this feature.
