Hello everyone,
I have installed SQL Prompt 5. Installation was successfull. I can see the files in C:\Program Files (x86)\Red Gate\SQL Prompt 5.
However, when I open MS SQL Management Studio 2012, the SQL Prompt 5 is not available for me. I don't have 'SQL Prompot' button in the main menu of MS SQL Management Studio 2012. It looks like it was not installed.
I reinstalled but it does not helped.
Could someone please provide me with some ideas how to solve / debug / investigate this problem?
Thanks a lot in advance.

What version of SQL Prompt are you using? If you are using a version of SQL Prompt that is earlier than V5.3.8.2, can you please either upgrade to version 5.3.8. using this LINK.
Or better still upgrade to version 6.3 using this LINK.
There was problems in version earlier than V5.3.8.2, where SQL Prompt was not displayed as a menu option in SSMS 2012 / Visual Studio 2012, which was fixed in V5.3.8.2.
Many Thanks
