Is it possible that when selecting tables that can be compared there is a case sensitive case for searching the tables.
My older DB (still production) has a tablenaming convention that depended on the developper creating the tables, in the new db (with some slight different tables) all definitions are in capital, when compering these 2 databases (tables and data) there is a poor matching of these tables.
Any suggestions .....

In SQL Data Compare 4, the schema comparison is entirely case-sensitive, causing tables not to match up if their names are different in case.
The good news is that at least version 5 gives you the ability to remap objects and compare them case-insensitively. You can try a beta at:
