Add in Failed To Load after change of Active Directory Pswd

Guys,
I have SCC3 installed on my laptop version of SSMS2012. When I launch SSMS the SCC3 works just fine, however, due to security restrictions I have to run SSMS as a privileged user when connecting to a particular server.
We use Active Directory and my privileged account password has just expired and been updated.
When I right click on the SSMS icon and run as a different user, then put in my elevated user ID and updated credentials I get the following error message
The Add-in'SQL Source Code Control 3' failed to load or caused an exception.
Woudl you like to remive this Add-in?
If you chose yes, the file it was loaded from 'C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\SQL Server Management Studio\11.0\\Addins\RedGate.SQLSourceControl.SSMSUI.2012.addin', will be renamed
Error Message: <Unknown Error>
Error number: 80131604
Any Ideas as to what I need to do to make this work again (it works when I start SSMS as my normal user, just not when I run as a different user)
