Search for non-latin symbols

When I'm searching for non-latin (Cyrillic) symbols, I can't receive search result unless checking 'Exact match' box. Therefore I can't search with logical operators (AND/OR/NOT) and search for part of another word.
Moreover, results of "non-latin" search don't highlight nether in 'Object name' column, not in quick view zone.
Could this be fixed?
