Loading SDC file using sdk 10.5

How can I load an sdc file using sdk 10.5? Previously I used RedGate.SQLDataCompare.Engine.project, but in the latest version its not defined.

The references are documented on the SDK Wiki. In addition to SQLCompare.Engine, you need Redgate.Shared.Utils and Redgate.Shared.SQL. It's been this way for a few versions. Sorry for the inconvenience.
