How to create a project for a list of objects...

I did a SQL Search and located about 20 stored procs, functions, and views that need to be updated. I want to create a project with just those objects so that i can track progress against the list.

I could create a filter with each object specified, but that seems tedious and error-prone. Is there a way to import a list of objects?

Thanks for your post.

Unfortunately there's no way to import a list of objects. The best bet is to save a project that references a filter.

In theory, you could actually modify the filter file (it's in "%userprofile%\Documents\SQL Compare\Filters" by default) with some sort of script that would import a list of objects, but this is not something we'd be able to support if you run into issues.
