Hi,
When selecting my database under source control and activating the tab Commit Changes, the following error appears:
What did I break, and how can I fix this?

Thanks for your post.
This error comes up when there is an extra create script in the repository somewhere. Can you check your repository in the extended properties folder for duplicates? If you find any, you'll have to delete one of them, then unlink and relink the database to source control.
Sorry about the inconvenience.

Thanks for replying.
I've looked in the repository folder, and there are no files for the database which is displaying this error.
I'm not sure I'm understanding your situation, but to confirm -- are you looking in the repository you have set up for your specific database? That should only have .sql files associated with objects in your database.
Thanks,
Evan
