SQL Search 2 says No Search Results

Hi,
I am using MSSSMS 2012 connecting to a SQL server 2012 Ent server.
Since installing SQL Search 2, I can no long search for anything! Every search I type in says No Search Results.
A colleague has the same issue on his computer as well.
If I select "All Databases" and search for a table I know exists, I get some stored procedures listed but not in the DB I am interested in. If I filter to the DB I am interested in I get no results.
Any ideas?
