Can't Activate

When I open the software I get the trial expired message. I got the code from sales to extend the trial, however no matter what I type in the serial number box the activate button is grayed out. I have tried reinstalling. Any ideas?

Well, i think when it is already expired, you no longer able to download the key because the trial session is already done. So far, what i have known, you have to avail the software that you wanted to download. But if you are not still using it, maybe your download link or links are temporarily under maintenance.
