PDF Dependency List

I am new to Dependency Tracker so maybe I am missing an option or two. When the pdf Dependency List is created, it is missing the database and server name of the used objects.

Example:

Database A has stored procedure 1, it uses object from Database A and Database B and C. The dependency list shows the object names but doesn't show what database they are located in.
