Merge replication triggers...

Hi Ed,
Not really. You can ignore or compare all triggers, but you can't filter
out the ones specifically being used for replication purposes. It's
something we're going to do in the future when we add support for
replication columns and triggers.

Thanks for asking, but the current version is not ignoring replication columns. In fact, it's looking less likely that we are going to support it in the future.
