Synchronise with replica

Hi Trevor,
SQL Compare doesn't have many features to deal with replication. It's
something we're going to do for a future release because apparently it's
entirely possible to detect which columns are being used for replication and
choose not to compare them. At the moment, though, there isn't any support
in SQL Compare for that.
