demo install help - IIS6

I follow the instructions here: http://documentation.red-gate.com/display/SM3/Using+SQL+Monitor+with+IIS.

Yet, I get a 404 error.

Please advise with any troubleshooting steps.

Idera provided a webex connection with a support engineer to work out installation issues.

No help at all from Redgate??
