TeamCity plugin always causes a clean checkout

Some of my TeamCity builds use Red Gate (SQL Server) plugin.
I suspect the plugin to set "Clean all files before build" flag so each time clean checkout is performed.
The codebase is quite big and this causes extra 10 minutes for each build.
Is there a way to prevent setting the flag?
