The easiest way to share a filter with your team is to add it to the repository.
SQL Compare can read project filters and write them to your documents folder, but it can't write them to the project folder itself.

Can this ability be integrated into SQL Compare?
SQL Source Control already does this, but I prefer to use SQL Compare.
