ClickOnce deployment

How can I deploy a ClickOnce application through the deployment manager to one of my production servers?

    So I had to add /target:publish to the msbuild command. I then use RGPublish to push the created app.publish folder to the server. The deployment server variables just specifies the file share I want. This seems to work.
