Hi Samuel,
I'm afraid not. SQL Compare should do things in dependency order so I
can't see why you'd want to delete all of the foreign keys before the
comparison!
Now Data Compare, it can temporarily drop foriegn and primary key
relationships now before it runs a data migration script, which is really
useful.
