Small but slightly scary bug when refreshing database list.

How it happens:
I browse my list of databases in Backup 4.1
I detach one of the databases but don't refresh my list.
I select the detached database (which no longer exists) and hit Refresh.
The view refreshes showing a list of all currently attached databases, but showing them as child nodes of the (non-existent) detached database, not as child nodes of the server.
Bad pointer or bad object reference or something I suppose. Hopefully this is just a bug in the display routine and doesn't reflect Backup's 'actual' belief about the database organisation. It freaked me out though and I exited the application and rebooted immediately.
Hope that is useful.

Comments
I think that this is a related issue that we may have fixed. We had a problem today where a database showed up multiple times in the list.
Any comments, peter?
