Virtual Columns breaks Scripts Folder Comparison

If you have a database with a virtual column and try to compare it to a database in a Scripts Folder the comparison will crash with this error message:
Parsing failed with message SyntaxError. Unexpected token " " (Line 32, Col 366) symbol Id.

Sincere apologies for totally having missed your messages.
A while back we did fix an error with virtual columns and scripts folders so I'd be hopeful that this would work should you be interested in trying our the latest version, direct link here:

I can create the script folder, but I can't compare an existing database to that script folder without throwing this error:
Parsing Failed with message SyntaxError. Unexpected token " " (Line 32, Col 366) symbol Id.
