Poor handling of OVER clause

I'm not very happy with the way that window functions are handled. It's been like this for quite a while now and as I'm using them more and more it's getting to be a bit of a hassle. I've even gone so far as to install another formatter.
It appears as soon as Prompt finds an OVER clause it ignores everything until it finds something it recognises. This causes lines to overrun. I don't see why this should be, even if the clause isn't supported you should still be able to insert line breaks where there is whitespace.
I usually format to 120 chars. Can I send you a query so that you can see what I'm talking about? I don't seem to be able to do attachments here.
