Dynamic Database Deployment Security Objects

When doing a dynamic database deployment any user role assignments or users that were not on the database the package was created from get removed.

Is there any way to stop this happening as we often have different database users and role assignments across our development, QA, UAT and production environments?

If you are using SQL Source Control or SQL compare you can take their filter file and make Deployment Manager obey it using the technique below.
