Enhancement request - Omit extended properties from scripts

Please add an option to omit the extended properties from the create scripts that are embedded in the document - this information is redundant and unhelpful in the SQL script.

As an alternative, rather than adding an option, simply suppress extended properties from the script fragments in the documentation entirely, or suppress only MS_Description extended properties, as these already appear in the documentation elsewhere and don't add any information for the reader of the document.

Our product management should review this to determine whether to include the feature in future versions.
