V4 Upgrade problems

Hi, i have just upgraded to V4. i did have some sched tasks backing up various databases. These are now failing with error"Unable to create directory" error 500. I have included the script below. any help much appreciated

    Please ensure that the SQL Backup Agent service startup account has rights to create the necessary backup folders.

    By default, the service startup account uses LocalSystem.
