Using migrationsfolder switch from command line

I want to use the migrationsfolder switch along with scripts1 switch. I don't want to use scriptsfolderxml. How do I get around this?

Edit: apologies, misunderstood what the scriptsfolderxml switch was used for. No longer need a reply for this.
