Restoring single tables

Hi,
I have following question:
In the past we had a case, where we need to restore just a single table from our 70 GB database full backup file (out of a 250 GB database). Time was tight, but our current solution, Veritas Backup Exec, was not able to provide this function, so we`ve lost a lot of valuable time.
Does your solution provides this feature ?

SQL Backup 4.0 does support files / filegroup backups which might be of interest.
