SQL Data on my hard drive

Where is the SQL Data on my hard drive located? SQL Server data base. I want to backup the whole of DATA and copy whole thing into an external Hard Drive or DVD. So how to locate the DATA. Will this data then be used for query into MS-EXCEL or ACCESS installing in another Computer.

    the data generated is located inside your sql server database. You will have to use the sql server backup tools or redgate backup tools (SQL Backup) to keep a copy somewhere.
