Unable to show database objects

When attempting to refresh suggestions on a SQL Server 2012 instance which has a database in a restoring state (e.g. Database2), even if connected to a different database (Database1), I receive the following message:
SQL Prompt - Unable to show database objects
SQL Prompt cannot retrieve objects from Database1. Possible reasons:
- insufficient memory to cache objects
- invalid permissions for this database
- connection error
- corrupted database
Under the details section is the following:
SQL Prompt could not retrieve all schema information for Database1.
Database 'Database2' cannot be opened. It is in the middle of a restore.
We keep one database in our instance in a permanently restoring state as we are log shipping to it, so this issue affects all other databases on the instance.
This did not occur with SQL Prompt 4 on SQL Server 2005.
