Get Latest tab only show my changes, but toggle to see all

Would it possible to make the Get Latest tab only show my changes by default, thus eliminating some of the searching for objects on a busy development server? Also having the ability to "toggle" to see all changes...

Can you explain why this would be useful? Surely your changes would already be on your local database, so these would not show up on the Get Latest tab anyway.
