Missing comments on columns when comparing a schema

I am trying to create an identical copy of an existing schema at an empty schema. It works well, except that I am missing the comments on the columns. Those are very important for us.

Is there any way to create them with your tool as well?
And is there any way to see if the comments of the columns don’t match?

I'm afraid we currently don’t compare table or column comments, but thanks for requesting it.

This has been included in Schema Compare 3.0.0.542 and Source Control 1.0.0.707.
