Create/Drop DB Option in Packager

Any way we can get an option to create/drop the database so that we can use the packager during automated builds. I could create a C# project and make the changes, but as the schema changes I'd have to re-make that change everytime I run the packager...painful. Or perhaps the templates are somewhere were we can edit them?
