Command Line for SQL Prompt 5

Wild stab in the dark here but is there a command line interface for SQL Prompt 5. I have about 1000 SQL Objects I have created script files for and I want to Format SQL on all of them prior to putting them in Source Safe, is there a way I can do this?

    And then the project manager can directly decide what category this requirement comes under?

    I might have a way of doing this but it would help first if you explained how you scripted out those files in the first place.
