Just installed SSMS 2012 - no red-gate tools?

Hi,
I've been using the SQL Developer toolbelt with SQL Server 2008 R2, but just got the SSMS 2012 installed. The issue is I don't have any of the tools available in 2012.
If I try and reinstall, it simply says everything is already installed. Do I need to uninstall and then reinstall or is there another way to get all the options back into 2012?

The add-ins haven't registered with the new ssms so you will need to uninstall and re-install.
