Which version of the SDK supports which SQL Server?

I couldn't find the answer to this question in the product pages of the SQL Comparison SDK:
Which version of the SQL Comparison SDK supports which SQL Server version?
I was expecting to find a table with on one axis the SDK version and on the other axis the SQL Server version, and a "Yes" or "No" in each of the cells.

Basically the latest v10 supports 2005 up to 2012, and SQL 2000 "should work" ,ie it includes the codebase for 2000, but it is no longer tested. We will endeavour to fix any problems in SQL 2000 if they appear in the latest version.
SQL 7 support disappeared way back in the v4 timeframe.
Less than SQL 7 was never ever supported by Red Gate.
Hope this helps!
I agree that information about the old versions isn't needed in this case.
The only thing I need to know right now is which v10 version started to have SQL Server 2012 support?
Or was this support included in the very first v10 version?
One further question: what is the latest v10 version and how can I obtain it?
I'm currently using v10.0.1.69 (RedGate.SQLDataCompare.Engine.dll)
Officially you download the demo from the website but there are quite a few patches on ftp://support.red-gate.com/patches/sql_comparison_sdk for a host of problems that had been fixed since then.
My last question:
Is there a list of which issues have been fixed in those patches?
Or is that too much to ask? ;-)
