Management Studio Freezes on Reformat if Canceled

If I reformat SQL and accidentally hit space after the window shows up it essentially tries to cancel the reformat and this causes a modal to never go away and lock sql. The only way to fix it is to kill sql management studio. Seems like it may a bug.
