When presented with the "Choose Database" dialog, the default database name is set to "(local)". I have the SQLServer 2005 installed with the default name "MSSQLSERVER" and the "(local)" reference did not find it.
I then chose "Refresh..." from the drop-down box. I was expecting the list of servers show up but nothing happened except the word "Refresh...". I expected something like a message that no servers could be found or something else that better described the situation.
A "Help" button on this dialog page would be helpful.
