Error during comparing Database and version in the SVN.

Sorry, I can`t send error message using standard engine of SC 3.0 but this situation is very critical for us.
Description
A new view was added in the Db and committed to SVN using SQL SC 3.0. This view is absolutely SQL correct and working fine. After that - any action, like trying to commit changes any objects or Get Latest version generate error “Index was outside the bounds of the array.”
If you need, I can send code of this view.
