Disable SQL Prompt in VS2010, leave enabled in SSMS2012

I use both VS2010 and SSMS2012 every day. I have numerous addins in my VS2010 and would like to turn SQL Prompt off due to possible conflicts with the other addins. I still want SQL Prompt in SSMS2012 since the other addins are somehow not present in it.

Is there a way to do this?
