Can't uncheck dependent objects

When creating a migration script for an uncommitted change, I'm not able to uncheck the "Commit all dependencies" check box.
I understand what SSC is trying to do, but the change I'm making is not dependent on the other stored procedure and table changes that aren't committed. Actually, I don't want some of the stored procedure changes committed as they are still WIP.
Please allow me to make the choice to not include all dependent items as part of the migration script. The script should only be for the uncommitted item that I have selected.
