Diff backup still in progress on timeline after completion

Hi all,
I am running SQL Backup 6.5.
As of a couple of days ago, one of the differential backup jobs on a database is shown as still in progress on the In Progress tab, and shows up on the timeline as being in progress but I checked the actual job on the server and in the Activity History tab and it has completed successfully. In fact, the diff backup has run twice more since the one shown in progress originally ran.
This seems to be an issue that was reported for SQL Backup 5 (http://www.red-gate.com/supportcenter/c ... 0808000290 and http://www.red-gate.com/messageboard/vi ... php?t=5043) but was supposed to be solved. I have tried closing and opening the GUI, disconnecting and reconnecting to the server.
Any ideas how to tell Backup that the job completed?
Thanks,
Reinis

Unfortunately, all the backup history is missing for about a two week period (even from the Activity History tab) - it seems some kind of reset happened which cleaned up the problem, but also wiped out the history. At least the history still exists in the SQL Server Agent log.
I'll be interested to see if anyone else posts a similar issue but in the meantime, thanks to the viewers of this thread,
